Whether you’re a small business owner that needs weekly services for towels and sheets, a family at home that just can’t keep up with the chore as much as you’d like, an elderly person who needs additional help, or if you just need help getting caught up - YOU are my client.

You can hop over to the services menu on my website to see my prices in full, but basic wash/dry/fold/bag is $1.80/lb and wash/dry/bag (no fold) is $1.25/lb. There are several modifiers to choose from that range from $.05/lb - $.10/lb. Along with that, we do wash blankets, pet beds, bath mats and sleepings bags for a fixed price. Call for me to quote an item that you don’t see listed!

The pickup and delivery fee, round trip, is $9.95/order. This fee encompasses all maintenance, insurance, gas and general wear and tear on the delivery vehicle.

Absolutely! Feel free to stop in anytime during business hours to drop off/pickup. Please note that I am closed from 11:30-12:30 for a “lunch break”, but mostly to pick up my kiddo from the bus stop.

Always. I will never mix customer clothes together. I have magnets on my washers and dryers that I use to put the order name on so I know whose laundry is in which machine. 

Our detergent is supplied by Laundry Systems of Wisconsin. It is the Neptune XXL Emulsifier. We use an automatic dispenser to make sure the right amount of detergent is used in your wash. Hypoallergenic is a free option in the modifiers section. I do have a couple other options for detergent in my store that I use on request. Feel free to reach out if you prefer something different. 

I always wash in cold water, unless otherwise specified. If you would like items washed in hot water, please let me know in your order instructions and I will take it from there!

Unfortunately, no. I can pretreat stains as needed if you tell me about them, but I cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed at the end of the process.

All of it. Whatever you would like. There is a minimum $15 dollar charge if you don’t reach the initial weight limit. But in general, the limit does not exist. Now, if you give me 200lbs of laundry, it may take 36-48 hours to wash as opposed to 24 hours.

I can, yes! Let me know what you need hung dry and I will take it from there. If you would prefer your hung dry items to return on hangers, please provide hangers with your order. 

Laundry is typically turned around in 24 hours. If your order exceeds 200lbs, you may need a 36-48 hour return depending on how many orders are before yours.

This is simple – anything that is considered biohazard. Please don’t give me any blood, feces or pee drenched items. They will be returned to you in a bag, unwashed. 

Yes. Send your underwear, if you’re comfortable with that. The only one that feels awkward about it is you. It’s just another day for me. 😊

Gift cards are a work in progress! The system I use doesn’t have that feature yet, so I must manually create them on the backend. I will keep you updated as this option progresses.
